Payment

Basic Program Payment Policy
To complete registration, the Program Application, E-Agreement, and 25% Deposit is due to hold the space.
Payment is accepted in US Dollars, most commonly through the means of PayPal or credit card (we will send you a link once you apply.) Contact us for alternative payment methods, or to work out a
payment plan (to be completed before arrival).
The remaining balance (75% of the program price) is due no later than five business days before the start date of the program.
Cancellation
If you cancel within 30 days of the start date of your trip, you forfeit the deposit (though if you paid the full amount in advance, we will refund you the balance.)
If you cancel within 31-90 days of the start date, we will hold your deposit as a credit to be redeemed in no more than three years time.
If you cancel within 90 days of the start date, we will return the deposit in full.
No refunds are given after five days before the start date of the program, even if a person chooses to leave early or is asked to leave. This is due to taking the space of another potential guest, without enough time for them to change their plans and come.
Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program Payment Policy
After submitting your application, if you are accepted into this limited program, a $750 deposit will be required to hold your space. We also will need your confirmed flight information no later than 30 days from your start date as. This is due to the high demand for this opportunity, and we want to make sure the people serious about it are the ones who get the positions.
The other $1750 will be due 30 days prior to the start date of the program.
Cancellation
If you cancel your PAT between 31-90 days, you will be given a credit towards a future Infinite Light endeavor (though you must re-apply as a PAT, and acceptance is not guaranteed).
If you cancel within 30 days of the start date, you forfeit your deposit (it is not enough time for someone to realistically take your place).
No refunds are given if you are asked to leave, or do so voluntarily.
Work Trade Service Apprenticeship and Non-Apprenticeship Payment Policy
Lead, Lead Assistant and ASL Interpreter positions, in which the programs are compensated, are required to submit a $400 deposit to ensure their attendance and completion of the work. These positions are imperative to the program running smoothly, as people are in very delicate processes. We need to make sure that you not only will attend, but will complete the service accordingly. We must look out for the best interest of everyone involved, and a financial deposit ensures your committment to Infinite Light and the position.
Other Work Trade positions, where the discounted rate of $1500 for five groups is applied, requires a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit in order to confirm the position. If we give you the job, we are not looking for others, and it can be detrimental to the group to go without. We want to ensure these positions go to serious apprentices.
The other 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before agreed to start date, along with confirmed flight information.
Cancellation or Incompletion of Service
For the Lead, Lead Assistant and ASL Interpreters, $1000 payment towards flight will be given after acceptance of the deposit. If you voluntarily do not complete your service (and were not asked to step down), that money will be owed back to Infinite Light no later than three months (90 days) upon the agreed-to completion date. Upon successful completion of service (meaning you were not asked to step down) the $400 deposit will be given back to you within one month (30 days) of the final work date.
For the Lead position, the stipend will be split into three segments, given after each two groups is completed. If you do not complete your work or are asked to step down from the position, you forego your stipend and hotel accomodations for services not yet rendered.
For all working positions, we will evaluate your process as the groups continue. If we feel you are not able or willing to complete the duties assigned, we may ask you to step down from the position. It may be possible for you to continue your stay, but it will be at regular program cost.
We are not trying to scare anyone, but these positions are for people who would like to be pillars in the Infinite Light community, and
have really proven themselves assets. They understand how important these positions are to the running of the program, and we need to cover ourselves in a clear way to see who has it in them
and who doesn´t.
